出生於1968,是波利尼西亞的台灣原住民布農族,1995年來美國後,陸續走訪了北美洲、中美洲、南美洲、亞洲、東北亞、東南亞、中亞地區、 歐洲等30幾個國家,研究關心超過300個原住民族及部落。
Born in 1968, he is a native Polynesian indigenous Bunun from Taiwan. After coming to the United States in 1995, he has visited around 30 countries including North America, Central America, South America, Asia, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Europe, meeting the needs of more than 300 indigenous groups and tribes.

創立 FOUNDING
世界台灣原住民協會 (World Taiwan First Nations Associations) 起源於2014年,是一個非營利的國際性原住民文化慈善交流組織,我們期盼與世界原住民建立交流與夥伴關係,以推動台灣原住民參與交流活動。
The World Taiwan First Nations Associations originated in 2014 as a non-profit international indigenous charity exchange platform. Our hope is to establish a platform and partnership for the world’s indigenous groups and promote the participation of the Taiwan’s indigenous groups in such activities.
願景 VISION
我們的宗旨是藉由散居在世界各地的台灣原住民與世界各地的原住民機構的交流計畫,再透過WTFNA,讓台灣原住民有機會從生活體驗中,認識世界原住民的藝術、文化、工藝、音樂、舞蹈、教育、經濟、宗教等,並彼此交流學習世界原住民古老的智慧,共享、共贏、共創並承接老祖先所傳承下來的豐富資源。
Our mission is to provide the Taiwanese indigenous groups and indigenous group organizations around the world with the opportunity to learn about each other through WTFNA. Thus, through the fields of arts, culture, crafts, music, dance, education, economics and spiritual development, to learn from each other and exchange the wisdom of old, thus sharing and building upon all the rich resources passed down from our ancestors.
